Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using vid2vid. It applies to every user, prompt, upload, generation request, and output created with our service.

Prohibited Content

You must not use vid2vid to generate, request, upload, process, distribute, sell, or promote:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexualized, sexually suggestive, or erotic content.
• Nude or partially nude people, sexual acts, fetish content, or content intended for sexual arousal.
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation content involving real people without lawful authorization.
• Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, self-harm, violence, illegal activity, or instructions that enable harm.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Content involving minors in unsafe, sexualized, exploitative, or age-inappropriate contexts.

AI Image and Video Generation

Every prompt submitted for image or video generation is screened before generation. Prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation process are blocked and will not be sent to the generation model.

If moderation is unavailable, generation is unavailable until moderation can be completed. We do this to keep the platform safe and compliant.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and outputs. You must only upload content that you have the right to use, and you must review generated outputs before publishing or sharing them.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel access, or report activity when we believe this policy has been violated.
