Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Generated Outputs and Commercial Use

Subject to applicable law, third-party model terms, and these Terms, you retain any rights you may have in your inputs and generated outputs. Commercial usage is included only for outputs generated using credits from a paid subscription or paid credit pack. Outputs generated solely with free or promotional credits are limited to personal, non-commercial evaluation unless we state otherwise in writing. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights to your inputs and for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
