What are credits?
Credits are used to generate videos and images in vid2vid. The number of credits used depends on the workflow, model, duration, and quality.
How many videos can I generate?
Image and text workflows at base settings generally use about 150 credits. A standard 5-second Video-to-Video task generally uses about 200 credits. The exact cost is always shown before generation.
Are credit packs better than subscriptions?
Credit packs are best for testing or occasional use. Monthly plans offer more credits per dollar and better workflow benefits for regular creation.
Do credit pack credits expire?
One-time credit pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits refresh every 30 days and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
Yes. You can buy one-time top-up credits without changing your subscription.
How are credits used if I have a subscription and a pack?
Subscription credits are used first. Top-up credits are used after monthly credits run out.
What happens if generation fails?
If a generation fails because of a system error, credits are not charged or are returned automatically. Unsupported inputs or policy-violating requests may not be refunded.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use outputs commercially?
Paid plans and paid credit packs include commercial usage, subject to the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Outputs created only with free or promotional credits are for personal, non-commercial evaluation.
